Yes, Minor Creations requires a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your order, reserve your event date, and hold any applicable rental items. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Once an order is placed, materials are purchased and your event date, time, and any rental inventory are reserved specifically for you. Because that time and inventory are held for your event, we are often unable to rebook that date or make those items available to other clients.
