Important Things to Know

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due 7 DAYS BEFORE your event date. All balloon packages include installation. The delivery fee is determined based on the event location and set-up size. OUTDOOR INSTALL: Please be aware that balloons and heat do not mix! If you are planning an outdoor event and would prefer to set up a balloon display outside, especially during the hot months (May-October) we CAN NOT guarantee the balloon will last in temperatures of 80 degrees or more.
