Welcome to Minor Creations, LLC. Please review the following policies carefully before booking. These policies are in place to protect both the client and the business and to help ensure a smooth booking and event experience.
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date, reserve any rental items, and begin the design and planning process. An event is not considered booked until the retainer has been paid and confirmation has been provided.
The remaining balance is due one week prior to the event date. Orders placed within seven days of the event may require full payment at the time of booking.
All sales are final. Minor Creations does not offer refunds or exchanges. Once an order is confirmed, materials may be purchased, production time is reserved, and the event date is held exclusively for the client. Because of this, payments made are non-refundable.
If a client cancels, the retainer and any other payments made will be forfeited. In limited circumstances, a date transfer may be considered at the sole discretion of Minor Creations, based on availability.
Minor Creations offers delivery, installation, and teardown services based on availability. Delivery fees are calculated based on travel distance, event location, setup requirements, and timing. Delivery rates may vary for homes, venues, schools, businesses, and other event spaces.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the setup area is accessible and ready at the agreed-upon installation time. Delays caused by venue access issues, unavailable entry, or unprepared spaces may result in additional fees.
Minor Creations proudly serves clients throughout Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Travel fees may apply depending on the location of the event.
Pickup is available for select items only, including grab-and-go garlands, columns, and freestanding garlands. Pickup clients will receive care and transport instructions.
Once an order has been picked up, Minor Creations is not responsible for damage caused during transport, handling, storage, or installation by the client.
Clients are encouraged to book as early as possible to secure their preferred event date and time. Pickup orders should be placed at least 1.5 weeks in advance whenever possible.
Same-day and last-minute orders may be accepted based on availability and inventory. A rush fee of up to $250 may apply to last-minute requests.
Balloon décor is temporary by nature, and its lifespan depends on several factors including temperature, sunlight, wind, humidity, handling, and installation environment.
Indoor installations typically last longer than outdoor installations. Outdoor balloon décor, especially in direct sunlight or uncovered areas, may oxidize, deflate, or pop more quickly.
Helium balloons generally last 6 to 12 hours, while Mylar balloons may last several days. Minor Creations cannot guarantee balloon longevity due to environmental conditions beyond its control.
Minor Creations offers helium balloons in limited quantities based on availability. We do not provide balloons for intentional release.
Balloon releases are not supported because they may harm wildlife and the environment.
Any rental items provided by Minor Creations, including stands, frames, backdrops, marquee numbers, signage, or other event pieces, remain the property of Minor Creations unless otherwise stated.
Clients are responsible for ensuring rental items are protected from damage, theft, misuse, or loss while in their possession or at their event.
Any damaged, missing, or destroyed rental items may result in additional charges.
Outdoor installations are accepted at the client’s risk. Weather conditions such as wind, rain, extreme heat, direct sunlight, or sudden temperature changes may affect the appearance and lifespan of balloon décor.
Minor Creations is not responsible for damage caused by weather, Acts of God, or environmental conditions after setup is complete.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including time, location, venue access instructions, and setup requirements.
Any changes to the order, event schedule, or location should be communicated as soon as possible.
Minor Creations is not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate information provided by the client.
Minor Creations may photograph completed installations and use those images for marketing, promotional materials, website content, and social media unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.
Minor Creations reserves the right to update or revise these policies at any time without prior notice.
