By booking with Minor Creations, LLC, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
By submitting payment to Minor Creations, the client agrees to the services, pricing, policies, and terms outlined in their invoice, proposal, or booking confirmation.
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the event date. The remaining balance must be paid no later than one week before the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services.
All payments made to Minor Creations are non-refundable. This includes retainers, rush fees, delivery fees, rental fees, and any other amounts paid toward the event.
Any requested changes to an order must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability, timing, and additional fees.
Minor Creations will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but does not guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled after booking.
The client must ensure that Minor Creations has safe and timely access to the setup location.
If the venue is not accessible at the agreed time, additional waiting, delivery, or labor fees may apply.
For pickup orders, the client assumes full responsibility for the décor once it leaves Minor Creations’ possession.
Minor Creations is not liable for balloons or décor damaged during pickup, transport, setup, or handling by the client.
All rental items remain the property of Minor Creations and must be returned in the same condition in which they were provided, excluding normal wear.
The client agrees to pay replacement or repair costs for any rental items that are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed.
Balloon décor is subject to environmental and handling conditions.
Minor Creations does not guarantee exact float time, color changes, or longevity due to temperature, weather, sunlight, ventilation, ceiling height, transportation, or other external factors.
The client understands that outdoor installations carry additional risk.
Minor Creations is not liable for popped, deflated, displaced, or damaged balloons due to wind, rain, heat, humidity, or other weather-related conditions.
Minor Creations reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if conditions are unsafe, if the setup area presents a hazard, or if the client or venue environment becomes hostile, inappropriate, or dangerous.
Minor Creations shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or products.
Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services provided.
Minor Creations shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, accidents, supply shortages, venue closures, illness, transportation issues, or other unforeseen events.
All designs, concepts, photographs, branding, wording, and creative materials produced by Minor Creations remain the intellectual property of Minor Creations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Minor Creations may photograph completed work and use those images for portfolio, website, advertising, and social media purposes unless the client opts out in writing before the event date.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Delaware.
By booking services with Minor Creations, LLC, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and all related policies.
