At Minor Creations, we believe every birthday deserves to be celebrated. Minor Impact was created to bring joy, recognition, and unforgettable experiences to individuals who might otherwise go uncelebrated. Our goal is to make everyone feel seen, valued, and celebrated on their special day.
Through this program, we provide free custom balloon décor for birthday celebrations—at home or at a venue. From vibrant garlands and arches to freestanding designs, each installation is thoughtfully crafted to make the day memorable and magical. Minor Impact proudly serves all three Delaware counties: Sussex, Kent, and New Castle.
Nominate or Apply: Families or friends submit a request for a birthday celebration via our Minor Impact application.
Selection: A limited number of birthdays are chosen each year to receive complimentary balloon décor.
Celebration: Minor Creations designs, sets up, and delivers the décor at no cost to the individual.
